This oven is built on a reinforced concrete slab. Ready to use, it can be placed directly on your bench top, be incorporated into your bench top or you can choose to build a custom base. Additionally, the oven is shipped with a stillage that can serve as a stand, and if you need portability, we provide optional wheels at no extra cost. The stillage/stand can also be enclosed to create a fully functional unit.
This versatile oven is perfect for both home and commercial use, offering a more affordable option compared to other fully refractory pizza ovens of similar size.
While the oven is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it’s crucial to protect it from the elements when positioned outdoors to ensure optimal performance and durability. We recommend covering your oven when not in use, and we offer weatherproof, UV-resistant custom covers for purchase.
