The Jalando Grill Rack will raise your food off the pizza oven floor and higher into the heat of your dome. This will give you an even and quick cook, with incredible sear marks. As a guide a medium rare t-bone steak only needs approx. 2 mins per side.

An awesome benefit using your pizza oven to grill is you get a better char on your steaks and more depth in flavour.

As you are grilling off the pizza oven floor, using dry runs and marinades work well.
