As a consumer of the WITT Etna Rotante Pizza Oven, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years of the purchase date if there are any defects in materials or workmanship at the time of purchase. If your complaint is legitimate, you have the option to get the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation

The following are not covered by warranty:

• Faults and damage that are not due to manufacturing and material faults
• Normal, reasonable wear and tear (e.g. Discoloration)
• Tarnishing and rust
• If un-original spare parts have been used
• If the instructions in the user manual have not been followed
• If installation has not taken place as instructed in the user manual

The Witt pizza oven is intended for outside use, so the pizza stone will be exposed to moisture over time. Therefore, we ask that you (after cooling down) store your stone in a dry location. If you decide to leave your stone in the oven, this could make the pizza stone fragile and break. Therefore, this will be at your own risk if kept in the oven.

Do not store or use this device in a salty environment (close to the sea) or in areas with corrosive vapours or liquids (e.g. from a swimming pool), as these chemicals may cause the device´s materials to degrade (not covered by warranty). Regular cleaning and covering with a cover can help to reduce this.
