Rocket and Prosciutto pizza
After such a big cook up for Christmas lunch, it’s nice to create something fun, simple and tasty for dinner. Make your own dough or use the bases from Based Pizza, they’re absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough/base
- Mutti pizza sauce
- Provolone cheese sliced
- Chef Joey chilli crisp
- Prosciutto
- Rocket
Method
- Bring your pizza oven to 400°C
- Place sauce on pizza base then top with cheese and chilli crisp
- Cook for 90 seconds
- Once removed from oven, add rocket and prosciutto
