Shipping & Delivery

Australia-Wide Shipping & Delivery:
We use a number of couriers (TNT, Border Express, Toll, Allied Express…) to transport our pizza ovens and related products to local delivery depots all over Australia. On checkout, our system will calculate the shipping/delivery fee to the closest available transport depot near you. You can then bring your ute, wagon or trailer and our depot assistant will assist in lifting it to your vehicle. Or, if you prefer to pay a bit extra and have it delivered to your doorstep, please Ask us for a doorstep delivery quote.

Victoria / Melbourne Metro area:

Option 1: Collect it from our Preston, Vic showroom.

Option 2: Collect it from the closest available courier depot near you (depending on the available courier depots). On checkout, our system will calculate the shipping/delivery fee to the closest available courier depot near you.

Option 3: Doorstep delivery – to your address. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, our doorstep delivery option requires our couriers to use a truck with a mechanical tailgate lift and therefore needs to be custom quoted. Ask us for a doorstep delivery quote.

Other Australian States and areas outside Melbourne Metro:

The below list is not exhaustive and it changes regularly. If you have opted for the depot delivery option, you will receive notification via email confirming which depot your oven can be collected from. It might not be  a depot listed below and it might not be the closest depot in the list due to transport availability and pricing factors. If you don’t see a depot near you please request a quote as we may be able to get you a custom quote with a local freight company with additional depot locations.

Our Stock
We have a fully stocked warehouse and showroom in Preston, Victoria. We regularly restock items to avoid selling out of products as much as possible.

Can I see a list of Available Courier Depots in My Area?
We use a number of different courier services and they have many depots in different locations, some of which may or may not be available (or priced economically for particular product sizes and locations), so to avoid any confusion or disappointment, we do not list the ever-changing list of depot locations on our website. However, we will be happy to provide a custom delivery quote with the location of your closest depot if you reach out to us, indicating the product you are interested in as well as your post code. Ask us for a doorstep delivery quote.

If your order is returned to sender and comes back to our warehouse through an incorrect address provided/missed delivery, you will be required to pay a subsidised shipping fee to have this sent out again. Some of our couriers do not return to the closest LPO automatically. If you want to cancel it after it has been despatched, you will also need to cover the expense incurred to despatch your order – this includes the original shipping, re-delivery attempts and/or RTS charges that are charged back to our account. Once your order is despatched, providing you logged correct email address, you will get an email from us and the carrier with tracking details. Please keep an eye out for this.
