Potato and rosemary pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza dough/base
- Thinly sliced potato (1 per pizza)
- Rosemary
- Crushed garlic (fresh or jar)
- Salt/oil

Method
- Bring your pizza oven to 400°C
- Slice and pre boil sliced potatoes for 3-5 minutes just so they are soft but not crumbly
- Place potatoes on base and drizzle with oil, salt, garlic and rosemary
- Cook for 90 seconds
