The pizza oven dome features a three-layer construction, providing excellent thermal insulation and consistent heat retention for efficient wood-fired cooking.
The externally positioned flue draws smoke away from the cooking chamber while minimising heat loss, allowing the oven to maintain higher, more stable temperatures.
Reaching up to 400°C in under 40 minutes, the oven delivers fast heat-up times and can retain heat for up to 12 hours. Even higher cooking temperatures are achievable when required.
Thanks to its advanced thermal properties, the outer surface remains cool to the touch, making it safer to use in family and alfresco environments.

Render Mix
Stainless Steel Slab Cover – This can be added on top of the front entry floor brick and is sold separately.
If you prefer a coloured finish, you can use a Cement Oxide (choice of colour). Alternatively, you could use suitable Acrylic Render Paint after you have completed and cured your oven.
