The Fontana MARGHERITA Oven features 600mm x 600mm cooking chamber. It comes complete with a wood- holder plate, fire tool, flue pipe and chimney top and removable stainless steel door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte which is certified for food use. The internal structure is made of stainless steel, while the external one is electro galvanised steel treated with paints at high temperature for maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is made of natural rock stainless steel chimney wool that maintains temperature more efficiently and avoids the external structure becoming too hot.

WARNING. Oven exterior walls may reach temperatures above 50°C (120°F) any flammable materials must not be within 1 meter of the oven. It is recommended to place the oven during use at a sufficient distance from flammable materials or materials that may be damaged by heat.

IMPORTANT. Exposure to strong winds or drafts could alter oven performance or cause the burner to shut down.

IMPORTANT. always fit the raised feet provided (h.60mm), place the oven on a flat surface and make sure it is perfectly stable. Involuntary movements during use can be very dangerous for things and people.

IMPORTANT: Place the oven at a minimum distance of 20 cm from the walls and any other equipment. Increase theminimum distance to 50 cm around the flue and 1 m from the top of the oven.
