Pizza Oven potato chips
Enjoy these crispy and tasty potato chips any time of the week. Perfect for after dinner or as part of your meal.
Ingredients
- Potato (as many as you’d like)
- Olive oil
- Salt
Method
- Bring your pizza oven to 400°C
- Thinly slice your potatoes – leave skin on if desired
- Place oven proof tray in oven with some oil
- Once heated, add in potato slices making sure they are coated in the oil
- Cook in oven for approximately 15-25 minutes
- Once removed sprinkle with salt
Tip
Don’t put too many slices in at once or you won’t get even cooking
