FIAMO Technology – The perfect combination of steel and refractory
FIAMO Clay pizza oven combines the excellent physical and thermal properties of steel with those of refractory clay, the material used to build professional ovens.
The steel structure ensures adequate resistance to the thermal and mechanical stress caused by the high temperatures reached by the oven.

5 Reasons Why The FIAMO Pizza Oven is the Perfect Addition to Your Backyard
Families everywhere are enjoying the benefits of a long-lasting, reliable, high quality and better pizza experience.
Ultra-High Heat
The key to a restaurant quality pizza is extreme heat. The FIAMO oven quickly heats up to 500°C and can cook a pizza in 60 seconds.
Fast Heat-Up Time
The two layes of thick insulating material and perfect dome design allow the temperature to be raised very quickly and held for longer, gradually releasing the heat and achieving optimal cooking.
Cook Everything With Fiamo
Thanks to its excellent cooking performance, the FIAMO oven is not only for cooking pizza, but also bread, roasts, grilled meats, foods cooked in crockery, desserts and everything else you love.
Compact And Low-Weight Design
Its compact and low-weight design also makes it perfect for smaller spaces or to move around your alfresco area.
Why should I cover my oven?
Protects Against Rust & Corrosion
Even if the oven is made with 204 stainless steel, prolonged exposure to moisture can lead to rust—especially on screws, hinges, or the firebox.
Prevents Internal Moisture Build-Up
Rain can seep into vents or openings, potentially soaking insulation or accumulating inside, which may affect performance and safety.
Preserves the Finish
The exterior coating or paint can degrade over time with repeated wet/dry cycles and UV exposure.
Improves Longevity
Keeping the oven dry and clean extends its usable life and reduces maintenance needs.
Best Practice To Cover Your Oven:
Use a Custom or Waterproof Cover
Most manufacturers (including Fiamo) offer fitted covers. If not, a well-sized heavy-duty BBQ cover can work as an alternative. We sell Fiamo covers in our store.
Store Under Shelter (Ideal)
If the oven is semi-permanent, placing it under a pergola, awning, or simple lean-to structure helps protect it year-round.
Cool Before Covering
Always wait until the oven has fully cooled before putting the cover on to avoid condensation or melting the material.
**Please note the small screws used are 201 stainless steel.
Colours: Speckle Grey or Black.
